Whats New In Ubuntu 10.04 Beta 2

Beta 2 don't bring huge changes, bit it bring loot of bug fixes and better stability.

• Gnome/Kernel

Ubuntu 10.04 beta 2 comes with 2.6.32-19 generic Linux kernel and Gnome 2.30 (build date 3/31/2010)

• Drivers

Ati/Amd proprietary fglrx graphics driver are finally available.
I didn't used it, i'm happy with open source drivers.

• Notification Area

Messaging Menu is changed, and there is now indicator that shows when chat is running.

MeMenu also haev indicator that show witch status for chat is active.

• Design

Beta 2 brings many icon changes in status icons,

and folder icon are little changed.

Window buttons remain on the left-hand side, but in new order.
Now they are close:minimize:maximize
