News are spreading around the web that new version of Ubuntu (10.04 The Lucid Lynx) will have implemented music store (Ubuntu One Music Store).
According to Launchpad You will be able to buy music directly from you media player:“The Lucid music store project aims to deliver the ability to purchase music from within a desktop music player.”
Now come the question, win or fail?
This will be similar for Amazon's music store, Amazon in April 2008 released an MP3 downloader program for Linux so there is no need for for another similar product.
But Ubuntu is free and Canonical need some extra money to continue developing new version of Ubuntu, this way You will be able to support Ubuntu.
I hope they will not become like Micro$oft, greedy bastards!
