Sound Menu Updates In Maverick Meerkat

As we getting closer to final release of Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat new Sound Menu is getting hes looks.

It is still Alpha 2+ but already Sound Menu looks bore like in mock-ups.

You can now start Rhythmbox from Sound Menu  and control buttons have been added.

Sound Menu Changes In Ubuntu 10.10

In Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat Sound Menu will have lots of changes.

In sound menu will be implemented sound and music controls for music players.
This will allow you to control sound menu, also it will show current playing song and album cover.

Sound menu should look like this when all is done:
